Delivery terms and conditions

Normal delivery from parkourshoppen.dk usually takes 1-4 working days. During busy periods, there may be slightly longer delivery times.

You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order has been processed. You can choose whether you want your package delivered to your home or to the nearest post office.

We want to make sure that your package reaches you safely. That's why we send all parcels with a tracking number, and you will receive regular updates by text message and/or email about the status of your parcel.

If you do not receive your package within 4 working days, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. If you contact us the same day, we can cancel the order in time.
