Prices

At Parkourshoppen, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Sold-out items are subject to availability.

Payment

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. The total price, including any shipping, is displayed before you confirm. Pricing errors and unavailable or discontinued items are subject to correction. See payment guide.

Delivery

We ship from Denmark. Estimated delivery for in-stock items is normally 2–4 business days in Denmark and 7–10 internationally. Busy periods may take longer.
Shipping prices and available delivery options appear at checkout before you confirm. Any special delivery terms are shown on the product page. See delivery and shipping.

Right of Complaint

A 2-year right of complaint is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint covers defects in materials and/or workmanship. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the item repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction. The right of complaint does not cover defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the deficiency/defect. Parkourshoppen will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund

Refunds are normally made to the payment method used for the purchase unless expressly agreed otherwise. See the refund section below and our returns guide.

Right of Withdrawal

Online purchases generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. In addition, Parkourshoppen offers returns within 30 days of delivery under the terms on our returns page. The extended returns policy does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal.

The period is calculated from the day;
- You receive the order.
- You take physical possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for several different items ordered in one order but delivered separately or in multiple shipments.
- You take physical possession of the last batch or part when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
- You take physical possession of the first item when it concerns the regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after withdrawal. The notification must be sent by email to parkourshop@hotmail.com. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the attached Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal simply by refusing to accept the item without also providing clear notification of this.

Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal

The following types of items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Items that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have received a distinct personal character.
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Items that, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Items where the seal has been broken.
- Performed non-financial services, if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal expires once the service is fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements entered into at a public auction.
- Items that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.

Returns

Return your order without undue delay and within 14 days of exercising your right of withdrawal. We offer free return shipping from Denmark and Sweden through our portals. From other countries, you arrange and pay for return shipping. See returns guide and portals. You are responsible for packaging the return properly. Include a copy of the order confirmation. Processing is faster if you also complete and include our withdrawal form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the Item upon Return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics, and the way it functions. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item is tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase price, depending on the item's commercial value at the time of receipt - of the return. To receive a full refund of the purchase price, you must therefore try the item without actually using it.

Refund

If you withdraw your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you have paid us back.
In the event of a value deterioration for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. The refund will be carried out using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly authorized otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it in the meantime.
