Need to return or exchange an item? Find the return portals and a simple guide below. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in the same condition and quantity as received.

Returns from other countries
If you are returning from a country other than Denmark or Sweden, you must arrange and pay for return shipping yourself. Unfortunately, we do not cover return postage from other countries. Send your parcel directly to the address below; you do not need to contact us first.

Include your name and order number, and state whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We recommend tracked shipping. Keep your receipt. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
How to return your item

Pack securely
Use a mailing bag or box to protect your item on its way back.

Create a return label
From Denmark or Sweden: use the return portal above and have your order number ready. From other countries: arrange and pay for shipping to our return address yourself.

Print and include
Put the return slip inside the parcel and attach the shipping label outside. Remove or cover old labels.

Drop off your parcel
Use a drop-off point for the carrier shown on your label. Keep your receipt.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving your parcel, we process the refund within 3–5 working days. It normally takes a further 2–3 banking days, but may take up to 6 banking days for the money to become available. The full process normally takes around two weeks from dispatch to refund. Exceptional cases may take longer.
Faulty item or incorrect delivery?
Contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can help and arrange a new delivery at no cost. We examine the item when we receive your claim and may involve the supplier in individual cases.

How do I exchange a size?
Follow the guide above and write on the return form that you want an exchange. State the item and size you want. Check current stock on the product page before sending.
Must I use the original shipping bag?
What matters is that the item is securely packed and protected in transit. If you reuse the original bag or box, remove or cover old shipping labels.
Why do return shipping arrangements vary by country?
We offer free return shipping through our portals from Denmark and Sweden. From other countries, you arrange and pay for shipping to the address above. Keep your receipt and tracking.
